You read it correctly . . a saltwater version of the famous Hula Popper. Very rare because there are not 1,000,000 of them in circulation.
All of the splashing, gurgling action of a Hula Popper but better.
This popper is in excellent condition but because the tail & hardware were replaced I decided to mark it used. New corrosion proof split rings & razor sharp blood hooks make this a unique bait.
The original rubber tail has been replaced with a buck / pearly flashtail. This tail has a natural pulsating action to it. Just let it sit in the water & the tide alone will cause the tail to quiver . . the strands of flash is a super fish attractor.
